The Client
Trails West was established to provide senior citizens with a unique, luxurious, and safe 55+ retirement community. With over 300 home sites, multiple clubhouses, a vibrant community culture, and the opportunity to custom build your perfect home, Trails West sets the gold standard for communities of its kind.
The Challenge
After decades of consistent community growth, Trails West entered its final phase of community buildout with only a handful of lots available to bring the gated community to capacity. The owners engaged GriffinWink to help them ensure public perception and the public-facing brand image of the community reflected the beauty and vibrancy of the neighborhood and its residents with the goal of filling the community’s remaining lots as quickly as possible.
The Results
GriffinWink began by updating the Trails West brand with a logo refresh, new website, updated collateral materials, community photography, and AV production. With Trails West’s image now ready to present to the public, GriffinWink implemented a multi-channel regional campaign including OTT/CTV, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, and SEM. This multi-phase brand update and campaign helped Trails West succeed in their mission of reaching new residents and selling new models in a year where the industry saw significant decline across the board with elderly populations nationwide deciding neither to retire nor move due to economic uncertainties.
