The Client
Benchmark Business Solutions was founded in 1994 with the goal of becoming the “vendor of choice” for document management, copiers and managed IT services in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Now known as Visual Edge IT, they are still dedicated to seamless productivity. Their solution-oriented service strategy, passion for people, and support for local communities are appreciated and recognized by state and local agencies and valued industry partners.
The Challenge
Benchmark needed help increasing brand awareness and equipment sales. We met with their ownership and sales department and quickly determined that office equipment does not solve issues, people do. After all, their name was Benchmark Business Solutions. We began by penning a new tagline, “Service That’s Unduplicated.” We produced a video campaign that engaged their decision makers and influences with entertaining stories declaring Benchmark as “The Greatest Office Technology Providers of All Time.”
The Results
Benchmark’s brand recognition increased throughout their markets, and they were named the #1 Xerox sales agency for copiers and laser printers in the nation three times.
