Big Eyed Fish is an e-commerce-based outdoor outfitter. They sell a wide range of clothing with designs that honor state and national parks, as well as their own blend of individuality. Created from the common love of the outdoors and conservationism, Big Eyed Fish has always sought an authentic connection with their customers.
The Problem
Big Eyed Fish was attempting to enter a very competitive space. Especially since 2019, when the pandemic forced the public to reassess their relationship with the great outdoors, there has been no shortage of competition in the outdoor outfitter space on social media. Making an impression, even with gorgeous designs became quite difficult.
The Results
Working alongside Big Eyed Fish, we came up with several unique routes to take while helping them expand their reputation online and on social media. We developed a micro-influencer and brand ambassador program to help spread their organic visibility.
Once the ambassador program was established, we began working to build authentic relationships with other individuals in the industry. Through constant contact, communication, regular posting and the release of new designs, Big Eyed Fish quickly grew in follower count and continues to make regular e-commerce sales today.
