We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Developer to join our innovative advertising agency. As a New Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our agency by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored advertising solutions that align with their goals.


As a New Business Developer, you will:
  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries and markets.
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various prospecting methods, including networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the agency’s creative and strategy teams to develop compelling and customized pitches and proposals.
  • Initiate and conduct sales presentations and meetings to showcase the agency’s capabilities and demonstrate how our solutions can address client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes for both the agency and the client.
  • Collaborate with the agency’s senior management to develop and execute strategic sales plans and business development strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and opportunities to management.
