4K Production: The most obvious benefit to 4K is the resolution. The detail is spectacular—a Standard HD frame sits at around 2 megapixels, while a 4K frame hits 8 megapixels.
While there currently may be a limit on 4K output because of the price and availability of 4K TVs, in the next couple years 4K will only become more and more mainstream until it is the new standard. GriffinWink stays ahead of the curve by offering 4K production as one of our services at our in-house studio
One of the most recent technological advancements that is allowing marketers to gain the attention of consumers is video footage or pictures taken by a drone flown by a professionally licensed pilot. Drone advertising allows businesses to capture astonishing content that is impossible to capture with a normal camera.
Technology and Specs
The drone of choice we use here at GriffinWink is the Mavic 2 Pro which is outfitted with a Hasselblad camera that allows users to capture gorgeous 20-megapixel aerial shots with stunning color detail. From quick-shots and hyper-lapses to four different panorama settings, the possibilities are endless! Here are some more of the impressive specs of the Mavic 2 Pro.
The Mavic 2 Pro can capture 1080p and 4k video content from up to 8km away and has a flight time of 30 minutes on a single charge.
Regardless of lighting in the environment, the Mavic 2 Pro is able to capture stunning quality footage.
The Mavic is able to record over a billion colors you can be sure that the content captured will contain more in-depth details throughout the image or video.
The Mavic 2 Pro’s camera employs DJI’s 3 axis gimbal technology which ensures smooth and stable footage no matter the situation it’s put in.
Precise recognition allows the Mavic 2 to map a three-dimensional view of the surrounding environment.
It also has trajectory prediction, using algorithms that allow the drone to continue tracking your subject even if it is temporarily blocked by an obstruction.
High-speed tracking also allows the Mavic 2 can track fast-moving objects up to 72 mph!
Finally, object sensing allows the Mavic 2 to plan a flight path on its three-dimensional map while sensing, recognizing, and avoiding in front of and behind it all while shooting without interruption.

A portable green screen option gives our clients more flexibility with shoot locations. The convenience and versatility of a portable green screen opens up countless doors when trying to plan out.
This lightweight camera crane system offers 360 degree rotation, an adjustable weight bar to assure camera stability and balance, and is easily broken down for transporting between locations. The Kessler crane allows us to get shots from unique angles with consistency and ease.
Our motion capture system gives us the capability to record the movements of objects or people in order to animate digital characters in 3D, and recreate those same motions.
